Problems with your activation code or link? Here's how to get access.

Using Your Activation Link

Click the Email Link

After approval (within 24 hours), you'll get an email titled "Activate Your Rate My Marstons Account." Tap the green button.

Can't find it?

Search your inbox for "Activate Your Rate My Marstons" or check spam. Sender: support@ratemymarstons.co.uk

Create Your Password

Requirements:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number

You're In!

After activation, you'll go to your dashboard. Bookmark login.php for easy access.

Manual Activation (Link Not Working)

Go to activate.php

Visit activate.php or tap "Activate Account" on the login page.

Enter Your 6-Character Code

In your email, below the green button, find the 6-character code (like ABC123). Enter this with your email.

Code issues?

Codes are case-insensitive. Don't confuse O/0 or I/1.

Set Password

Once verified, create your password and you're ready to go.

Troubleshooting

"Invalid or expired activation link"

Links expire after 24 hours for security. Use the manual activation method above with your 6-character code.

"Account already activated"

Someone already activated this account. Try logging in at login.php or use "Forgot Password."

"Too many attempts"

For security, we limit attempts to 5 per 15 minutes. Wait 15 minutes or contact support.
